MedaSTAT USA LLC is a national DME provider of specialty beds and oxygen to nursing homes, hospitals and home health patients. We currently operate in 48 states, with the corporate office based out of Louisville, KY We are privately owned and have been in business since 1998. We are a fast paced, growing healthcare organization specializing in durable medical equipment for wound care and are looking for a highly motivated, self directed individual who is willing to grow with the company as a Quality Control/Payroll Auditor position.This position reports to the Human Resources Director and audits time cards, route sheets and GPS records. Also assists in the dispatching of field personnel and follow up. Must be proficient in MSWord and Excel and have excellent math skills. Must be able to use a calculator by "touch." Will be tested in MSWord and Excel and must be advanced level. Will be tested on math skills as well. This position is established to ensure that employee time cards are supported by information found in route sheets and GPS records. Will also be following up with employees and supervisors via phone to counsel and report findings.
